Bilingual Spanish Product Manager – Banking

Adecco is currently recruiting for a Spanish Bilingual Product Manager
– Banking, to work for our client based in McLean, VA.

The pay for this position is $50.13/hr.

This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities: Ensure high quality delivery of translation services.

Drive a consistent application of process and tools for delivery.

Provide front line expertise for project delivery and support and Identify opportunity for process improvements.

Meet with key stakeholders or performers required to complete incoming requests.

Communicate in a timely, consistent manner to update the client community on best practices, process changes, and upcoming events.

Skills: Ability to follow established processes.

Strong command of written and spoken English and Spanish.

Strong meeting management capabilities.

Ability to set up meetings using a scheduler.

Ability to run meetings with stakeholders and team members.

Light editing or writing experience (particularly Spanish editing or writing).

Detail oriented (proofreading, editing, QA, etc.

experience).

Responsive (respond quickly to stakeholder and team emails and messages).

Familiarity with PDF markup tools (ability to write clear and concise comments and use standard commenting functions).

Ability to learn new software quickly.

Strong organizational skills.

Basic Qualifications: Professional fluency in both English and Spanish High School Diploma or GED 1 year of experience in financial services or marketing 12 year/s of Spanish editing or translation experience 2 years of experience in Business Process Management OR at least 2 years of experience in Project Management OR at least 2 years of experience in Relationship Management OR at least 2 years of experience in Risk Management Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors or master’s degree Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management or Project Management certification 2 years’ experience using CAT tools 3 years’ experience in legal or banking services or business IMPORTANT: This Product Manager is being recruited for by Adecco’s National Recruitment Center, not your local Adecco Branch Office.
