Digital Banking Operations Analyst Opportunity OverviewAs a Digital Banking Operations Analyst with Banner Bank, you will assist management in the Digital Banking Strategies Division (Debit Card, ATM, Online Banking, and Client Engagement Center) with various product, project, and analytics initiatives including the coordination of conversion and process implementation.As a Digital Banking Operations Analyst with Banner Bank you will have the opportunity to:Analyze, evaluate, and review product functionality and processes.

Make recommendations regarding digital/automated banking and card services systems and products for scalability and improved efficienciesAssist with the implementation and operation of digital banking/automated banking and card services systems and operations throughout the conversion processAssist the Conversion Services team with conversion processes and projectsPerform necessary due diligence for potential acquisitions; analyze products and systemsConduct product mapping during the conversion process, serving as the point of contact for team members, and effectively communicating with all individuals involvedCoordinate work activities to achieve on-time completion of assigned tasksParticipate on project teams such as mergers/acquisitions, core banking system release, Retail Banking, Risk Management and Compliance, and Treasury Management; lead internal department projectsComply with, and ensuring processes comply with, policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulations Travel: Up to 20%QUALIFICATIONSEducation & CertificationsAssociate’s Degree in or equivalent combination of education and experience requiredExperience3+ years in of experience in retail banking or bank operations requiredKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesPossess effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Extensive knowledge of retail banking, operations, and related technology.

Understand business requirements gathering and translation to technical requirements.Possess knowledge and understanding of internet, mobile, and tablet technology.

Knowledge and understanding of technology software, including development and life cycle methodology.

Knowledge and understanding of technology infrastructure, including product implementation.

Knowledge and understanding of Digital Banking products and services (Debit Card, ATM, Online Banking, and Client Engagement Center) specific to area of focus.Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with management, technical staff, internal clients, contractors, and vendors.Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.

Experience with core banking system and ancillary products.Possess knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and audit and exam functions.
