Manager, Finance role provides vital support to the TES RCM Health Systems organization and operating leaders of the business.

The position is responsible for ensuring all monthly, quarterly and yearly financials are reported accurately and timely in order to meet all corporate requirements for the senior leaders and Board of Directors.

This role is the driver of all financial planning cycles (e.g.

monthly forecasts, long range plan, budget, etc.) for the business.

In addition, the position handles pricing for new deals.Requirements:6 years of financial analysis and finance management experience2+ years of people management experienceBachelor’s degree
– preferably in finance, accounting or economics.

MBA preferred.Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve business problems.Prior experience in supporting and influencing Finance and Business Leadership with processes, reporting, analysis or programs.Comfortable with change and working in a flexible and dynamic work environment.Clear and concise written, presentation, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
