Electric Mirror

This is a Full-time position in Everett, WA posted June 7, 2021.

Position OverviewThis position will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to produce high quality product lines of Mirror for consumers. He/she may be required to assist other employees as a helper on key work or machines as required by the work schedule.Essential Job Functions* Mirror/Glass cutting by hand and use of a CNC glass cutting machine.* Mirror Edging using an edging machine* Mirror plotting with safety back material.* Assemble component parts to mirrors.* Attach frames to mirrors.* Attach TV’s to mirrors.* Inspect and test mirrors at each stage of assembly process.* Package mirrors and components according EM standards.* Sand blast mirror using CNC sandblast machine.* Operate automated glass/mirror washer.* Perform operator preventative maintenance on sandblaster per procedures.* Reads blueprints to ensure work is performed to specifications.* Reads test procedures, performance specifications, and drawings to perform testing procedures.* Assemble functional performance of systems, subassemblies, and parts.* Calibrates and utilizes test instrument (Hi-Pot tester) according to specification.* Performs functional tests using Hi-Pot tester.* Compares results with specifications.* Replaces/Repairs defective wiring and components.* Operates equipment to verify internal assembly and alignment of parts according to specifications.* Account for time and work completed via online computer data collection system.* Wire individual ballast and electrical harness.* Soldering of small electrical components if assigned.Competencies* Level I:* Using tape measure, wire cutters, calipers, screwdrivers, razor knives, screw guns, heat guns, glue guns and other power and hand tools.* Using pallet jacks to move pallets of materials.* Knowledge of good manufacturing practices.* Ability to read schematics, identify electronic components.* Able to electronic troubleshoot to the component level, working knowledge of related tools, meters, test equipment.* Strong Computer skills.* Level II – in addition to those listed in Level I, Level II must have:* A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.* Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.* Ability to assist in the training of Assembler Level 1.* Level III – in addition to those listed in Levels I and II, Level III must have:* A wide degree of creativity and latitude is required.* Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures* Ability to assist in the training of Assembler Level 1 and 2.Supervisory Responsibility1.
