The Client Services Associate will contribute to providing world-class client/customer service.

Use the phone and internet to respond to client/customer inquiries, understand needs, and resolve concerns.

Provide a sales and service experience for inbound and outbound communications that best represents Aditxt’s objectives and standards.

The Client Services Associate will be a part of the AditxtScore™ division.

Speak directly with internal and external clients/customers regarding routine requests, including the scheduling of services Identify and resolve client/customer issues—work closely with the staff in other departments, including Accessioning, to troubleshoot Print and track patient reports Enter account information into the laboratory information system (LIS) Consistently document all client/customer service issues according to company policy Communicate with business development and sales teams to resolve client/customer issues, spot trends, and recommend creative, effective solutions Respond to general inquiries related to the AditxtScore™ division Make outbound calls related to problem specimens and/or general billing questions Maintain familiarity and stay current on company press releases/announcements and industry developments Adhere to and uphold all applicable federal and state compliance regulations as well as Aditxt TM compliance policies and procedures, and applicable healthcare fraud, waste and abuse laws.

Qualifications: Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum experience: 2 years of client/customer service in any industry Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, to include Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams Mandatory commitment to handling confidential patient/consumer data and upholding HIPAA compliance Emotional intelligence, intellectual curiosity, and strong integrity Effective communication skills and language proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal fluency (and listening ability) Solid problem-solving, critical thinking, organizational, and prioritization skills Attention to detail and commitment to achieving consistent and high client/customer satisfaction using sound judgment and a measured approach Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently in a rapidly changing team environment Ability to handle multiple priorities, remain flexible, and work under time constraints without compromising quality or performance Discernment in knowing when to escalate client/customer service issues to management Presents oneself in a polished, professional manner at all times Commitment to CANI (Constant and Never-ending Improvement)—accepts and implements reasonable, constructive feedback Willingness to participate in continuing education opportunities, including those mandated by applicable regulation and company policy Demonstrated enthusiasm to take on projects periodically assigned by management which may be outside, though related, to the scope of this job description The Company: Rapidly growing, Mission-driven, Public (NASDAQ:ADTX) The Culture: Fast-paced, Results-oriented, Collaborative, High-tech Biotech The Ideal Candidate: A detail-oriented, quick learner who is accountable, proactive, nimble, conscientious, persevering, resourceful, empathetic, and self-aware Aditxt is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes all job applicants.
