Customer Service Representative (CSR)

All-Star Auto Glass

This is a Full-time position in Bellevue, WA posted December 5, 2021.

DESCRIPTION:

All-Star Auto Glass is seeking a customer-oriented service representative to assist us in our daily operations. You will be the first contact for many of our customers, so you need to be motivated, passionate, and professional. We need someone that will maintain high customer satisfaction and uphold our excellent service standards.

DUTIES:

  • Managing a large amount of incoming calls
  • Solving customer’s and technician’s problems
  • Schedule technicians based on geographical location
  • Filling out and filing paperwork
  • Explaining and selling services to customers
  • Other reasonable duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous auto glass experience a plus
  • MUST HAVE office experience handling multiple phone lines, capable of handling 50+ calls per day
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and mastery of the English language
  • Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task
  • High school diploma or equivalent
