What is the Fast Track Supervisor Program?

This program rapidly promotes candidates who have the right attitude, ability and potential into supervisor roles.

As a supervisor, you’ll be responsible for the management, coaching and development of a team of Collections Specialists to ensure they are meeting and exceeding their monthly performance targets.

As an ambassador of Credit Corp, you’ll create a working environment where every team member feels engaged, motivated and has the best opportunity to succeed.

You’ll also participate in the planning of team and site incentives and fun engagement activities.

Our supervisors need to be credible operators so we’re looking for candidates who can pick up the role of a Collections Specialist quickly, but also demonstrate the ability to lead a team of your own.

Alongside like-minded individuals, you’ll attend our award winning training before honing your skills on the job.

While working as a senior collector, in a matter of months you’ll complete our supervisor training program that usually takes 18+ months.

The aim is for you to become a Team Performance Manager (our term for supervisor/team lead) in 3-6 months, depending upon your speed of growth.

What are we looking for?

We value attitude and ability over previous collections or call center experience and are open to considering candidates from a variety of backgrounds and experience levels, such as:
Experienced and talented individual contributors who feel ready for management but are frustrated by lack of opportunities where they are A recent graduate looking for industry leading development before moving quickly into management Experienced team leaders from other industries such as retail, customer service, sales or hospitality looking to get into financial services Returning to work parents/carers or veterans looking for a new career in a fast growing company Respect and empathy for our customers and their financial situation is the cornerstone of our business, so as a top performer and leader of front line staff you’ll be expected to manage your team to this high standard, while leading by example.
