Medical Sales Representative – 1099

This is a Full-time position in Seattle, WA posted December 5, 2021.


Full time 9-5 PM

Timeline: As soon as you start you will be given a 4 Week Training and Planning Period.

Location: 100% remote


You would start as a 1099 contractor– 100% commission based. As soon as you meet the quota of $50,000/Monthly for 2 months you will be brought in/have the option to become a W2 Salaried employee with a draw on commissions guaranteed base and qualify for all other medical and company benefits.

total compensation: $75,000-$250,000 a year

base salary: $50,000-$75,000.00

Commissions are:

From 1%-5% depending on several factors, more details available during the interview and on the contracts.


-We WILL provide 1,000 qualified leads to you via ZoomInfo

-We will provide CRM, Sales automation software,

-We will provide a 2-week program and orientation in the company headquarters or remote to create your own business plans

-You will get access to company software, resources, marketing, and sales collateral, and tools that the company offers

-You will have access to administrative, marketing, IT, and manager support in your day-to-day with the company since Day 1.

-You will get your own marketing strategy/plan for your territory.

-If you meet the quotas and exceed the goals you can have the opportunity to become full-time and also become a manager in the future and have reps under you in your territory.

Experience Required: At least 5 years working as a sales executive.


-Lead Generation/Prospecting

-Warm Calling

-Cold Calling

-Introducing company’s new brand/products to the marketplace and get credibility, awareness, and interest

-Create and manage sales plans

-Create and managing marketing and sales campaigns for your campaigns/marks – Digital Prospecting through platforms like linkedin

-Prospecting via telephone -Sales campaigns including direct mail, telephones, and emails

-Meeting Sales goal of $100,000/month average, or 300K/Quarter Average –

Understanding customer pain-points and concerns

-Understanding the company’s products and understanding key differentiators for each product

– Launching, Planning, and managing SALES CYCLE system/software -attending tradeshows online or in-person

-Organizing podcast, blog, weekly newsletter

-Implementation of sales cycle software to track sales pipeline from calls, emails, web visitors to salespersons, quoting, and closing

-Acquiring market share in B2B and B2G Market

-Attending leads that are assigned to you

-Generating Quotes/Invoices -Processing government bid paperwork, quoting with domestic suppliers, and submitting bid paperwork

-Doing all of the above for a variety of products, healthcare medical items, promotional items, and fashion consumer products

MUST LIVE IN THE CITY POSTED, or if remote, we will assess if your location is nearby enough our customers and offer you a position for that territory.
