nn Job Description nn nnThis corporate HR Business Partner role coaches and consults with leaders so they achieve their business strategies by focusing on employee performance, talent management, organizational effectiveness, culture, and diversity & inclusion.

This candidate must be able to effectively work across all levels of the organization, serve as a trusted partner to leadership, and operate proactively to bring Corporate HR priorities to life.

Your business acumen, interpersonal skills and ability to make data driven decisions and recommendations will be critical.nn nn A day in the life nn nnPartner with HR Director, peer HRBPs and business leaders to identify people priorities for the organization/client groupnn nnSupport the development and execution of a talent plan to achieve business goalsnn nnPartner with HR Director and appropriate individuals to identify solutions to business challengesnn nnUse external and internal insights, data and trends to identify and help solve key people and business issuesnn nnLead talent management activities and workforce planning to ensure a strong and diverse pipeline of talent for the organizationnn nnProvide leadership coaching and support team effectiveness efforts with client groupnn nnSupport change management and employee engagement effortsnn nnBe a thought partner to business leaders on org design and building organizational capabilitiesnn nnBuild strong relationships with both employees and business leaders across the organizationnn nnDemonstrate a commitment to teamwork through relationship-building and collaborationnn nnManage and drive multiple HR priorities in a fast paced, complex and matrixed business environmentnn nn You own this if you have nn nn5+ years of directly applicable HR experience partnering with business leaders at all levels of the organization to drive strategic and effective people outcomesnn nnA Bachelors degree in related field (Masters or advanced degree preferred)nn nnExperience working effectively with business teams and leadersnn nnStrong verbal and written communication skillsnn nnStrong analytical and data interpretation skills with an ability to apply quantitative analysis to HR outcomes and use data to influence and drive decisionsnn nnStrong business and people acumen
