Robert Half is working to fill an HR Coordinator/Recruiter role in the health care industry located in Kennewick, WA This position will encompass overall branch office H.R. functions, for this service area. This position requires an individual with the passion to managing and developing staff to ensure quality care and to help our clients live their best life. This position will recruit employees, ensure the employee is actively progressing in training whether this be the H.C.A. (basic training) or the annual continuing education requirement for all “Long Term Care Workers”, exercise employee disciplinary measures, ensure & maintain current employee files in accordance to state and federal laws.


-Coaches and mentors direct support staff.

-Ensure weekly recruiting actives occur to onboard 4-7 new hires weekly.

-Complete employee interview & pre-full-time tasks. -Submit monthly state required documents (new hires, trainings, C.E.’s) no later than the 3rd of each month to the Agency Administrator. (MONTHLY) -Adequately supervise caregivers. -Addresses and corrects health, safety, and environmental concerns and reports safety and maintenance concerns as needed. -Data entry of new employee information as hires are completed weekly into database and forward new information to the HR Department. – Maintain statistics and accurate record keeping for both client and employee files. -May assist with the daily/weekly review of the electronic visit verification occurs and that the current authorized tasks are completed & being documented by Long Term Caseworkers. -May assist with ensuring all electronic progress notes for final processing

Job Requirements:

• Possess one-year(s) or more previous supervisory experience. • Possess one-year recent Long-Term Care or other medical experience. • Effective verbal reasoning & written communication skills. • Basic typing, computer skills & computer data entry skills.
