Job Requirements:
Basic Responsibilities
Manages all aspects account management working with the Key Accounts Team in building relationships with the District’s largest commercial and industrial customers, both within and outside of traditional service territory boundaries. Actively participates and directs department short and long-range strategy, governance, program development, policies, quality assurance, resource allocation, and budgeting. Identifies and promotes new business opportunities utilizing energy efficiency programs and innovations in support of District business objectives. Acts as an advocate for District customers by providing communications and resources in the sales of energy efficiency, renewable energy, demand response, and other end-use and retail products and services.
Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Political Science or Engineering, OR equivalent combination of related education and experience in account management, customer service and/or energy conservation; and
· Five (5) years directly related experience in account management, customer service and/or energy conservation, including three (3) years in a supervisory capacity.
