Recruiting Coordinator REMOTE

Are you looking for an opportunity to broaden your experience in recruiting? Do you want to work in a dynamic recruiting environment, supporting a fun and fast-growing tech company? Zillow Group Recruiting Coordinators work closely with internal clients (recruiting team, HR, and hiring managers) and external candidates to help build a memorable and smooth interview process and overall positive candidate experience. This position reports to a Recruiting Manager.

• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers and interviewing teams across ZG
• Keep candidates and hiring managers informed and updated throughout the recruiting process via phone and email
• Update applicant records in our applicant tracking system(ATS), maintain forms, spreadsheets and other documents
• Attend and coordinate recruiting-related activities such as recruiting events, professional and college career fairs, when needed
• Act as an ambassador of Zillow Group and create a strong employer-of-choice brand
• Support multiple Zillow Group (ZG) brands
• Assist recruiters with various administrative duties and special projects as needed

Who you are
• 1+ years of experience with high-volume scheduling responsibility
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy is key
• You are comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment
• You are collaborative and a team player
• Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive personal information and adhere to applicable security and privacy policies
Comments for Agencies: What I need in candidates:
• Prior/current Recruiting Coordinator (interview scheduling) experience – preferably high volume, as this is going to be a high volume role. Also willing to consider someone with event coordinating background
• Demonstrates initiative and drive to elevate the role beyond just scheduling interviews (i.e. coaching hiring teams to follow process)
• Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrates the confidence needed to use their voice to be a true advocate for candidates & partner to Recruiters vs just being a yes-person
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Sense of urgency

My process:
1.) Resume review
2.) Move forward qualified candidates to 30 min zoom interview with me (agency recruiter to send candidates my written activity to complete before interview – should attach completed activity and resume to calendar invite for me to review)
3.) 2 hour final zoom interview with team (I try to add 10 min break half way through)
