Individuals will have the opportunity to help launch the next evolution of the Recruitment Marketing organization and blaze the trail of innovation in the Clinician Services sector.

The Senior Recruitment Marketing Consultant
– Social Media & Campaign Management will drive the development of end-to-end segmented/geo-targeted campaigns.

This individual will serve as a liaison and thus subject matter expert in the support of internal Clinical Recruiting teams (Regions/Service Lines).

The Senior Recruitment Marketing Consultant
– Social Media & Campaign Management will facilitate Client Intake Sessions, Focus Groups and Round Tables to better understand critical needs and identify key areas of focus.

They will in turn work with internal and external partners to deliver comprehensive campaigns and recruitment marketing levers.

They will also define the appropriate marketing mix to support the unique needs of each area of business.

This individual will support the Social Media and Web Presence strategy for recruitment and will help to ensure the TeamHealth Employment Brand guidelines are adhered to while promoting the Employment Value Proposition throughout every tactic.

The ideal candidate for this position is a campaign/project/program management professional.

This individual displays a strong balance of business acumen, problem solving, solution development, business consulting, strategy development/execution, data analysis, presentation skills, advanced interpersonal competencies, and the ability to work independently while fostering a team dynamic.

The Senior Recruitment Marketing Consultant
– Social Media & Campaign Management will also serve as a subject matter expert regarding: effective marketing tactics, customized/strategic solutions and will translate recruiting needs into compelling & effective Recruitment Marketing Campaigns.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Initiate, manage, and lead the development and execution of Recruitment Marketing and Social Media Campaigns.

Develop, execute and manage end-to-end campaigns and contact strategies including: digital and traditional media, defining and developing marketing levels, development/execution campaigns, social media, employee referrals advertising, recruitment collateral and communication templates.

Partner with clients to identify business needs and design strategic marketing solutions to meet those needs.

Conduct Regional/Service Line Round Table discussions to identify most critical and long term needs.

Deliver end-to-end customized Creative Brief/Campaign Strategies.

Identify Marketing Levers by Segment establishing new and innovative strategies: Digital/Traditional Media Strategy, Videos, Digital Radio, E-Blasts, Sponsored Ads, Landing Pages/Microsites, Job Ads, Blogs, etc.

Support Candidate Relationship Management and Communications Establish Candidate Profiles Define contact strategy to manage touches and avoid list fatigue Define Talent Community growth strategy Create Talent Community communications strategy Job Alerts Strategy Establish Referral Program Marketing Strategy Internal/External Communications Strategy Nurture Campaign Strategy Support Recruiting Social Media Recruiting Strategy (Social Review Program, Social Ambassador Program, Social Influencer Program, Social Media Content Strategy) Drive the research and analysis necessary to define the candidate profile for each business segment and region.

Maximize Candidate Relationship Management and Communications through the development of a strategic contact strategy (i.e.

Talent Community, Nurture Campaigns, etc.) Develop Social Media Recruiting Strategy for awareness, hot jobs, and new job opportunities.

Leverage marketing expertise to develop and execute an effective integrated marketing plans that are customized to meet the needs of the local market.

Partner with Senior Recruitment Marketing Consultant
– Technology & Analytics to build the Recruitment Marketing Analytics Infrastructure.

Leverage post campaign and data trends to formulate strategic recruitment marketing campaigns.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Graphic Design or other equivalent relevant degree.

4-6 years of experience in recruitment marketing, campaign development and management, employer branding, strategic marketing, and/or corporate brand marketing.

Experience in problem solving, situational analysis and assessments and translating outcomes into strategic solutions.

Proven and demonstrated experience in end-to-end campaign execution.

Demonstrated experience in social media marketing/management and digital marketing Highly proficient in project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously as well as lead cross-functional teams.

Proven track of record of building and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns with expertise in building strategic marketing plans and executing at a tactical level.

Experience with implementing integrated marketing programs across channels including digital and traditional.

Deep analytical abilities, specifically with respect to campaign effectiveness Demonstrated experience with market research and data analysis.

Demonstrated success in utilizing all types of marketing, advertising, and digital experiences to build top of the funnel volume for talent pipelines.

Knowledge in marketing automation, analytics tools, and social media tools.

Critical thinking, business acumen, and assessment skills with the desire to dig deep to understand the challenges in recruiting talent; weigh cost, risks and benefits; and use analytics to build effective campaigns.

Ability to influence and provide support at all levels of the organization to drive execution of plans Self-starter, strong drive, bias for action and result-oriented with the ability to influence others
– both peers and leaders.

Ability to drive results, be agile, and meet tight deadlines.

Demonstrated experience in utilizing metrics to influence and drive decisions Demonstrate high energy and desire to succeed; hard-working and detail oriented.

Positive outlook, especially in the face of challenging circumstances Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills Proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly Power Point, Excel and Word.

Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or other related Master’s Degree Demonstrated success in utilizing all types of marketing, advertising, and digital experiences to build top of the funnel volume for talent pipelines.

Extensive experience in Recruitment Marketing: Messaging, Campaign Development, Content & Creative Development, Career Website development, Social Media strategies.

Experience with advanced technologies (i.e.

AI, SEO, CRM) Prior experience establishing metrics and dashboards to illustrate the effectiveness of our strategies and tactics.
