Location: SeaTac, WA Description: Our client is currently seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter for a 12 to 18 month contract position with an aerospace client. Work will begin remotely with the expectation of resuming onsite at a later date. Candidates must be US Citizen or Green Card holder. Responsibilities include: Full life cycle recruiting from the first phone call to the new hire’s first day Develop sourcing models and plans to generate talent pools, networks and pipelines; create and execute robust search strategies that will attract the best and brightest talent; calibrate candidates with hiring managers Engage, sustain relationships, screen and interview potential candidatesCollaborate, coach and develop other members of the Talent Acquisition TeamContribute to the knowledge base of the team by sharing new talent insights and useful industry information Partner with hiring managers, business unit leaders and other members of internal team by leading and participating in scoping discussions, weekly tag ups and debriefs Prepare/contribute to search status reports and lead/participate in client update meetings on active searches Provide strategic guidance and become a trusted advisor to leaders and hiring managers by delivering results Dive deep with an inquisitive mindset into the technical requirements of the requisitions and business units you will be supporting Qualifications: 4+ years’ experience as a Recruiter Experience recruiting high volume manufacturing/production talent as well as niche engineering skill sets Must be flexible and understand the needs of a consistently changing staffing environmentOutstanding communication, interpersonal, organizational and negotiation skills Proven history of collaboration with a knack for proactively communicating across locations and across teams Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, simultaneously Ability to adapt in a fluid environment while producing results or troubleshooting independently Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum Desired:A track record of success recruiting talent at an executive search firm, high volume agency and/or at a dynamic start up experiencing rapid growth Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer Contact: hcarlberg@judge.com This job and many more are available through The Judge Group.
