The Cell Therapy Process Sciences and Technology team is seeking an individual to join its innovative, multi-disciplinary team focusing on microfluidic technologies for cell therapy manufacturing and non-viral gene delivery.

As a member of the Delivery and Editing Technology team, the individual will support the advancement of the T-cell engineering technologies for manufacturing immunotherapy products.

A successful candidate is required to be well-versed in diverse microfluidic technologies for mammalian cell-based applications, and aware of the various non-viral gene delivery technologies for cancer immunotherapies.

Duties and Responsibilities Design and execute experiments to evaluate the performance of microfluidic devices for cell therapy applications Coordinate with team members on experiments and data analysis Manage external collaborations with CROs and vendors Maintain accurate and detailed lab notebook and documentation Process and analyze data, review and report results Summarize and present data in group meetings and in written form Work independently as well as with other team members and cross-functional teams to perform and troubleshoot experiments or assays Basic Qualifications Senior Research Associate Masters in Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Molecular and Cellular Biology, Biochemistry, Biophysics, or related disciplines with lab-bench experience working with microfluidic technologies for cell-based analysis and processing.

Having at 1 year of post-master, relevant industrial experiences is required.

Bachelors in Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Molecular and Cellular Biology, Biochemistry, Biophysics, or related disciplines with 3 years of relevant industry experience with cellular applications of microfluidic technologies.

Associate Scientist Masters in Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Molecular and Cellular Biology, Biochemistry, Biophysics, or related disciplines with lab-bench experience working with microfluidic technologies for cell-based analysis and processing.

Having at 2 year of post-master, relevant industrial experiences is required.

Bachelors in Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Molecular and Cellular Biology, Biochemistry, Biophysics, or related disciplines with 4 years of relevant industry experience with cellular applications of microfluidic technologies.

Expertise and Skills Hands-on experience using microfluidic devices for cell-based analysis and processing Experience with instrumentation and peripherals setup required for operation of microfluidic devices (pumps, pressure controllers, valves, etc.) Knowledge of CAD design and fabrication of microfluidic devices Experience with lab-automation software (LabView, etc.) is desirable Experience culturing and working with mammalian cells (experience with primary cell types like PBMCs, T cells, stem cells, etc.

is desirable) Experience with physically transfecting mammalian cells using technologies such as, electroporation, sonoporation, mechanoporation, nano-injection, etc.
