Requirements:

Storytelling experience and proficiency with PowerPoint – formalize finished PowerPoint decks with insights

Solid qual skills + usability testing skills + industry experience with a variety of methods, ready to hit the ground running

Skilled interviewer, comfortable with talking to customers

Synthesis from different types of data, e.g. web posts, marketing emails, articles, other research projects, survey data

Critical thinking skills – working within limitations of a study to arrive at solid insight; ability to disentangle what’s really going on and provide a UX point of view

Comfortable with a rapid pace

Ability to extract insights from data and articulating them clearly

Ability to work independently – manage multiple asks, stick to deadlines, good communication

Comfortable with feedback, growth mindset, no ego – happy to pitch in where needed, humility, curious

Work 9-5 PST regularly
