– depends on experienceOur corporate client is looking for a freelance Communications Specialist to work 40-hours a week for a 9+ month contract, remote during COVID, then possible onsite in either Bothell or Bellevue.

There is also potential that this could convert into an FTE position with the team.In this role, you will be responsible for leading the internal communications strategy for a new high-visibility initiative for the company.

This will be a balance of board member and internal employee communications, as well as some external content.The ideal Communications Specialist will have:
– 5+ years experience as a Copywriter preferably in communications, marketing, and project management
– Change Management experience preferred
– Communication and marketing strategy (stakeholders)
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences
