Our client , an environmental focused investment firm, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to assist the internal legal team with transactional and corporate maters.

Hybrid Schedule QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal/legal assistant Eager and hungry to learn and grow Reliable, independent and professional Looking for someone who feels like part of the family RESPONSIBILITIES: Communicate with multiple internal and external clients on a daily basis Draft and review transaction documentation with strict attention to detail Coordinate delivery and collection of signature pages from clients Manage closing mechanics and verify all requirements have been met before closing Work on post-closing matters such as the transfer of permits and licenses, preparing and organizing closing documents and binders for distribution Perform due diligence with respect to corporate good standing and authority Prepare files and documents Provide additional support as needed Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
