Job Summary : System Soft Technologies is seeking a sales account manager to support customer needs and act as their strong internal advocate.

The account manager is responsible for driving the full life-cycle sales process for the strategic staffing division by managing existing relationships while also identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities : * Identify and establish relationships with key decision makers within assigned accounts & prospect accounts, in order to expand existing and secure new business opportunities* Identify opportunities to broaden the scope of services offered within assigned clients* Maintain a high standard of service within assigned accounts to ensure continued business and customer loyalty* Work in close conjunction with the recruiting manager and technical recruiting team to clearly communicate client requirements to ensure we identify the best technical talent to support their needs* Constantly monitor organizational structure of all assigned clients to uncover shifting responsibilities and identify new opportunities for engagement* Manage all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue* Stay abreast of competitive landscape and emerging technologies and trends to position our company most effectively within the assigned account * Becomes an expert on clients’ businesses, their competition, and latest industry news and trends Qualifications : * A minimum of 5+ years’ experience working in IT staffing industry * A bachelor’s degree?or equivalent experience * Proven track record of generating new business through prospecting * Proven history of successful quota achievement and large/medium account penetration and execution * Resourcefulness in thinking outside of the box regarding sourcing and new client development * Experience of managing a large IT staffing client or MSP * Experience working with CRM systems * Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) * Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and results * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Willingness to travel as needed System Soft Technologies is a proud equal employment opportunity employer.
