Customer Relationship Representative


Job Summary:

The Customer Relationship Representative is tasked to retain, develop, and grow our businesses with their assigned accounts.

As a telephone-based representative, you will be making outbound calls as well as answer incoming calls and work with customers to sell them on our products and services.

A Customer Relationship Representative must be passionate about what our company has to offer and truly believe in the overall vision of OHI.

This excitement must come through on every call to guarantee that customers enjoy speaking to you and want to learn more about the company as well as different product segments and brands.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Follow assigned cadence for outbound calls to assigned customers seeking to understand their needs and assessing sales opportunities.

Qualify leads from accounts that are not presently OHI customers and assess the value of the opportunity.

Develop an understanding of when there is value to shift a customer to an Account Executive.

Must enjoy being on the phone with the ability to turn regular conversations into revenue for the company Ability to follow organizational standards to maintain quality, and guarantee customers receive exceptional service Advise prospective and current customers by answering questions and addressing concerns Maintain and update company systems with new information from every customer call, including ERP and CRM systems Provide weekly reports to the CRR manager as directed Other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications:
Strong relationship management skills.

Focusing on business relationship development and client loyalty.

Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels within the organization as well as with outside resources.

Ability to multitask and handle many outbound calls per day.

Strong computer skills Positive and patient Prior telephone sales experience Organized and able to report on the weekly activity High school diploma or equivalent; Higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated Previous medical experience and or experience selling to medical practitioners is preferred
1-3 years of demonstrated success in a sales position Experience with consultative selling within medical accounts Superior oral and written business communication skills Strong time-management and organization skills Creative problem solver Strong self-motivator and team player Intermediate Microsoft Office skill
