Sales Development Representative

Logixboard is a cloud-based platform transforming how the $2 trillion freight forwarding industry operates.

Firms currently use paper, spreadsheets, and email to track their customers’ shipments and provide shippers visibility.

They are burdened by low-tech, hard-to-use solutions that are inefficient and costly.

Our platform integrates with existing back-office applications and serves as a digital customer engagement layer, empowering freight forwarders to do their work more efficiently.

Our customers love our platform, and we’re facing tremendous growth this year.

Logixboard is a recent graduate of Techstars Seattle and is looking to expand our team.

Logixboard is funded by leading early-stage investors like Social Leverage, F-Prime & Founders Co-op, and is based in Seattle, WA.

About You:

We are seeking a world-class Sales Development Representative to join our team.

You will be our first point of contact, building relationships with potential customers and supporting our go-to-market team throughout the sales cycle.

SDRs play a dynamic and collaborative function by identifying accounts and their corresponding decision-makers in order to build out the top of the funnel for their Account Executive.

This role is also responsible for building and executing multi-channel outbound campaigns to identify buyer needs and intent, and engage with buyer interest/decision-makers within accounts.

The ideal candidate is an outgoing, highly motivated self-starter who is eager to build relationships and learn from others.

This candidate should have experience running outbound campaigns by leveraging automation tools like Outreach or Salesloft.

The ability to multitask in a diverse and fast-paced environment is a must in this role.

You Will:

  • You will work closely with team members to identify prospect accounts, craft outbound strategies, and break into new accounts
  • Relying on multiple channels (including emails, calls, Linkedin outreach, and video) to schedule product demos with qualified leads
  • Analyze lead activity, research priority accounts for potential fit, develop messaging frameworks, refine SDR processes, and maintain accuracy of data in our CRM
  • Help the team continuously improve and optimize our process, training and onboarding, use of technology, and other applicable aspects of our business

We are looking for:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales (preferably in SaaS) and a consistent track record of overachieving in previous roles
  • Familiarity with Outreach, Hubspot, Sales Navigator, and
  • The ability and willingness to jump into action without all available information 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You’re a continuous learner
    – able to adapt in a fast-paced environment, often wearing many hats
  • You like to set lofty goals, test them, review performance, and adjust
  • Collaboration must be part of your DNA
    – we work in teams and depend on each other for success
  • An ability to seek, incorporate, and provide constructive feedback 
  • Startup experience and operating without hands-on management is a plus
