Sales Executive – Project Portfolio Management Consulting

120VC is actively seeking a Sales Executive to join our team in the Pacific NorthWest.

The Sales Executive will play an integral part of a dynamic team driving the growth and success of our company.

The successful candidate will connect deeply with 120VCs mission, purpose and core values and have a desire to significantly contribute to 120VCs growth from a small regional firm to a national brand.

You will be responsible for developing new prospects to increase sales of 120VC’s services.

This position will spend the majority of the time onboarding new clients, developing and presenting sales proposals and building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities Add clients that need a Project Portfolio Management partner to provide long term sustainable services to achieve growth in line with the company vision and values Negotiate the terms of agreements and fulfill client requests Will lead less experienced 120VC peers and vendor partners to fulfill client requests Develop and maintain a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities and recommending profit and service improvements Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to 120VC executives and client stakeholders Represent 120VC at professional group meetings, trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations Forecast, track, and refine key sales metrics Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with service delivery teams to ensure growth attainment Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and constantly fine tune the 120VC sales strategy to ensure we attain/maintain position as a market leader Perform any other duties as assigned Accountabilities and Performance Measures Achieves assigned growth quotas by onboarding new strategic accounts and opportunities Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company management Develops strategic business development plan that supports company strategic goals Requirements 10-15 years experience selling IT Consulting or IT services for a well-known established company Measured success in growing a portfolio of business Must have established, positive relationships with five or more mid-size or global companies in various industries that use external project & program management services Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs Experience in building relationships with Executives and business decision-makers The ability to establish and build multi-layer relationships with customers Ability to utilize sound problem solving skills; a creative approach with the ability to develop new ideas Ability to achieve 120VC Project Management Foundational Certificate (PFC) a certificate earned by completing the online 120VC Project Management Course that teaches you how we manage and deliver quality projects for our customers Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills Excellent verbal and written communications skills BA/BS degree or equivalent, advanced degree a plus Job Type: Full-time Experience: Consulting or services Sales: 10 years (Required) by Jobble
