The Role
Do you have cross-functional experience (including sales and marketing) in leading strategy and tactical execution in technology companies that build software, hardware, and applied AI solutions?
Are you interested in taking your career to the next level and having greater levels of responsibility in a truly world changing business?

In this role, you will oversee the expansion of an innovative software/hardware platform that is advancing the frontier of how human consciousness is sensed, quantified and elevated.

Starting with the measurement of emotion, you will oversee cross-functional strategic and tactical management of our business plan including our in house mobile and cloud software team, Data Science, psychology, business development, marketing, and sales.

You will drive the development of our software product offering in parallel with our strategic goals.

Managing our hardware team, you will integrate cutting edge vendors, experts and engineers with our manufacturing facilities around the world.

Operating through the team you will develop both standard and wide level hardware as well as building key partnerships with top tier universities. 
You will also be responsible for managing the marketing team including branding and a sizable online advertising budget while building relationships with key influencers and business partners.

Working closely with our Founder you will oversee the strategic vision of the organization, with an aggressive hiring plan to recruit at all levels, including advisers who can advance the business to the next level and develop the overall value proposition that will allow the capital to grow the business into a world class enterprise. 
Who you are
You are highly intelligent, think and move quickly, and are detail oriented.

You have at least a decade of deep technology experience at a tactical level, including mobile app and hardware development and you have at least a minimum of 5 years at a strategic level.

You have solid start up experience in rapidly growing organizations that required bootstrapping, but also have scaled into environments that have grown fast with ample capital.
You are an operationally driven leader, who has a knack for translating vision and strategy.

You have a cadre of people that you have inspired and who like working with you, and know how to get the best from people, even when working remotely.

Whether it is an employee, a contractor or an external vendor you know how to manage them to results and they want to perform for you.

You are a strategic thinker and have an understanding of how businesses grow and how to define competitive advantage.

You also understand how to translate strategy into incremental results: setting goals, tracking and follow up systems, and being able to manage people to them.
You are driven, yet an emotionally balanced individual who can put in the time to make things happen, but are also able to manage your emotions in high performance environments.

You set the standard for corporate culture and you have experience working with visionary entrepreneurial leaders that are high drive, and high results.
Core Responsibilities Working with our founder you will define and set strategic operation and vision for the organisation Managing all elements of the company to define strategy and goals to produce results on pace for the expectations of the founder and the investors Managing our software lead and relationship with product definition to refine and lead the development of product specs that meet market needs Preparing the materials and strategic translation that gives the investors’ confidence, supporting the overall raise initiatives Oversight and review of financial analysis and modelling for active development projects, forecasts, and cash flow projections Developing strategies to enter into the hardware market in a way to get a minimal cost investment but also delivers a reliable product that creates breakthrough product offering Managing the marketing team to establish systems the involve ambassador influencer, outreach programmes, creating branding results as well as direct conversions to customers and a sizable online ad budget that will scale with the delivery of results Working with our psychology team you will review model of change to create psychological intervention in association with their product development team with the overall objection being making meaningful change in people’s lives Exploring joint ventures, partnerships you will negotiating contracts across the organization including employment and recruiting initiatives, partnerships, strategic ventures and fundraisers Overseeing a management in corporate culture including facilities management such as office space and tracking and running our hiring programs and organizational talent branding initiatives Qualifications Proven 5-10 years in a senior management role Deep experience in the technology industry working in a high growth firms including firms with sizable staff counts and start-ups that were more nimble Working with an entrepreneurial founder & leader and disseminating strategic ideas into tactical execution plans Experience building software, iOS, Android and cloud.

Experience raising capital a strong plus Strong Operational & Project Management capabilities (Osana, JIRA, Gantt Charts) Excellent Interpersonal, Decision making, Verbal & Listening skills Team Building and recruiting skills Budgeting in both start up and established organizations Strong virtual bench of talent and well as capability of acquiring talent and hiring Proficiency to focus on short & long-term needs Highly motivated with a proven track record of success in operations Experience working in a complex, dynamic and demanding work environment Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and development Reasons to Work with Evolve Biologix Working with a product that no one else in the world is doing any where Has a massive ability to change the world & potential for massive upside Funded company ready to take it to the next level Post revenue product in market requiring scale Team of brilliant people in a super fun work environment with values that align with yours Compensation
