This position will act as essential business partner to the TPG group to develop and execute business strategy, in close coordination with Product teams and our Brands.nn nn Who you are: nn nn10+ years of experience, with a preference for those with a management consulting and/ or a similar role in a leading technology companynn nn3-5 years in top tier consulting companies a plus; MBA strongly preferrednn nn Ability to lead, influence & mobilize multiple partners (including top executives) and demands in a dynamic change-oriented environment nn nnAbility to strategize, design and execute towards ambitious goals, and generate creative new approaches to solving business problemsnn nnSelf-motivated, self-aware and able to drive collaborative success with limited mentorshipnn nnExcellent communication skills with ability to present complex concepts to both executive leadership and operational teamsnn nn Superior problem solving and analytical skills, takes a data-driven, analytical approach to draw upon business insight where information is incomplete nn nnResults-oriented, appetite for driving business impact / execution, including in a highly autonomous rolenn nnTeammate
– Creates a climate of inclusion and implements expansive strategies to bring a diverse set of perspectives to the team and solutionsnn nnInternational experience and/or online or travel industry a plusnn nn What you’ll do: nn nnIdentify and evaluate key strategic trends, opportunities & risks with particular focus on how we can drive effectiveness across the teamnn nn Frame the found opportunities including organic and inorganic growth options into specific initiatives and obtain agreement nn nnDevelop & effectively operationalize TPG strategy and operating plan with internal and external Expedia partners by gaining their consensus and active supportnn nn Execute the strategy and monitor the business impact of initiatives (e.g.
