Our client is in search of a professional that fits this description to oversee all operations, functions and activities of their skilled nursing facility.n nAs Executive Director, you will be the face of the organization, overseeing all operations, functions and activities of our client’s skilled nursing facilities.

You will be relied on to give proper strategic direction and implement a high-quality vision.

This is a rehab facility that has 60 beds in Renton and 69 beds in Bellevue where the average patient stays 25 days.

You will oversee both facilities leading and building teams.

Your knowledge of infection control is important in considering patient care.

You will be expected to develop, maintain and implement operational policies and procedures that meet patient needs in compliance with federal, state and local requirements.

Charged with determining personnel requirements of the facility as well, you will hire or arrange for enough staff to implement the facility policies and procedures.
