As a member of the Accessory Supplier Management Team, the Sr. OEM Business Manager will be responsible for ensuring cross functional collaboration that supports alignment between the Accessory Merchandise Financial Plan and S&OP to achieve overall business targets.The role will provide support and financial analysis to the Accessory Supplier Management team and Leadership to enable data driven decisions around sourcing, assortment, programs and lifecycle management.Additionally, the role will provide management and support of MDF programs and provide detailed and thorough views of each OEM brand partner based on both internal metrics and external market information. By building and supporting new processes, the Sr. OEM Business Manager will help the team work more efficiently. Additional management of 1-2 OEMs or product categories, including negotiating business and program terms may be required.• 10+ years Telecom or related industry experience.• 5+ years finance, business management, supply chain or supplier management experience• Strong understanding of financial metrics and terminology.• Familiarity with developing business cases, financial models, and other tools that may be developed to provide context for offers, decision making or business negotiations.• Strong negotiation skills. Lead negotiations of contracts, pricing, promotional support, and other agreements as needed.• Creative problem solver. Lead efforts to collaboratively find creative solutions problems working with both internal and external teams.• Works independently and with limited guidance. Ability to prioritize own work as well as that of their cross functional partners and suppliers while considering company, org, team, partner, customer, and individual goals and objectives that may not always be aligned.• Ability to build strong working relationships both internally and externally, to inspire partners and secure internal and external support where needed.• Comfortable interacting with all levels of employees and partners, from frontline mobile experts to SVP/EVP level.• Professional presentation creation skills• Comfortable presenting to both small and large groups• Bachelor Degree: Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations Mgmt, or a related field required.• Ensure alignment cross-functionally on Accessory lifecycle, inventory management and promotional program decisions.• Create and manage financial reporting, including supply chain metrics to create consolidated summary views of suppliers/OEMs performance.• Manage and report on the promotion to funding cycle. Collaborate with reporting and accounting teams to properly manage proof of performance.• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve high visibility issues impacting T-Mobile and our customers.• Lead negotiations on promotional, quality, and payment agreements.
