Sr Technology Sourcing ManagerContributes focused expertise and drives a culture of spending discipline for strategic vendors/categories (highly critical to current and future business operations) via the employment of efficient, effective, and best in class strategic sourcing, contract management, negotiation, and supplier management practices. Serves as a central point of contact for strategic suppliers in the Technology & Enterprise Procurement group. Interfaces with senior leadership both within T-Mobile and at suppliers. Serves as a subject matter expert and source of best practices to be implemented by junior team members. * At least 18 years of age.* Legally authorized to work in the United States.* High School Diploma or GED.* Pre-employment background screen.Experience:• 7+ years’ Experience in a technology sourcing, an engineering role or similar role.• 7+ years Extensive experience managing Business Requirements, Project Plans, Project Schedules, and associated project materials in a mid to large size company.• Project Management• Microsoft Office• RFP/RFI/RFQ Development in an eSourcing environment• Contract Negotiation• Communication• Strategic Sourcing• Supplier ManagementEducation:• Bachelors Degree Business, Finance, Technology or EngineeringPreferred:• ISM (Institute for Supply Management) certification, such as CPM, CPSM• IAOP (International Association of Outsourcing Professionals) COPThe starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position who is based in Colorado is generally within the range of $75,000 to $150,000 for annual base salary. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. Employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of an employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.Main Responsibilities:• Competitively sourcing technology spend through engagement of strategic suppliers and application of industry knowledge• Drafting, negotiating, project manage and executing contractual documents including but not limited to master service agreements, statements of work, letter agreements, and purchase orders• Category management – supporting the evolution of managing strategic categories through analysis of business intelligence, assessment of trends and their impact on T-Mobile’s buying power, and establishing price models to meet sourcing objectives• Supplier management – supporting the evolution of supplier governance through supplier scorecard development and recurring supplier touchpoint meetings• Intellectual property licensing procurement & structural guidance• Liaise with technical personnel to interpret technical specifications to commercial and corporate financial requirements• Summarize and present business cases and agreements for executive review and approvalEqual Employment OpportunityWe take equal opportunity seriously-by choice.T-Mobile USA, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
