.We are looking for a Spanish speaking Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join our Seattle, WA based team, working with cutting-edge technologies and interesting companies in a wide variety of fast-paced and exciting environments.  The TPM is the liaison with clients and on/near shore 3rd party development teams in Central America, managing engagements and ensuring client satisfaction; the TPM supports clients, consultants and business development teams to ensure quality delivery execution and foster professional growth within the project team and within our organization.  You are expected to drive some of our exciting projects, proficiently estimate project budgets, drive project timelines, and lead teams in solving challenging problems. Ideally, this position will allow you to establish and build our nearshore program, in Mexico.  With your cultural ties, experience and passion, you will be in a position to help lead and create these efforts as the year progresses. About you.

.You have a broad delivery capability that may span strategy, product, technology, and/or business but have a strong focus on technical implementations or enhancementsYou are an expert in Project Management activities: creating and managing to a project plan, managing resources, scope, schedule, and budget, and providing status reportingYou can set expectations and hold individuals and teams accountable to their commitmentsYou are comfortable working under pressure and independently handling multiple projects and deadlinesYou are flexible and experienced with juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentYou demonstrate expertise in industry best practices and delivery excellenceYou are a natural leader with strong communication and collaboration skills; able to navigate challenging group dynamics with consensus-building skillsYou will be a liaison between 3rd party development teams and business stakeholdersYou have:Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain solutions, provide alternatives and have difficult conversations at executive levelsPassion for delivering successful projects and are results oriented, with a proven track record of increasing team’s velocity and effectivenessDemonstrated ability to drive projects to timely completionExperience in end-to-end delivery of custom and packaged technology solutionsDemonstrated ability to identify business and technical impacts of user requirements and incorporate them into the project planUnderstanding of and experience in systems development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies (i.e.

Lean, Waterfall, Agile)Understanding of and experience in compliance and quality assurance regarding various delivery phases (i.e.

estimation and scope planning, design and code reviews, test plan development, triage, various testing stages, formal reviews and signoffs)Required Qualifications.

.5+ years of leadership and management at a consulting firmDelivery experience leading development teams and partnering with on/near shore teams in Central or South AmericaWorking knowledge of leading development teams in Central or South AmericaFluent in Spanish, both writing and speaking, in a professional settingHave worked for a ‘Big 4/8’ management or technology consulting firmExperience in end-to-end delivery of custom and packaged technology solutionsProficient in MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word, and various PM tools (such as Jira or VSO)An undergraduate degree in technology or businessHighly prefer someone that has lived in Central or South AmericaScrum Certification is a plusPrevious hands on development experience with: Java, RESTful, Query and AWS technologiesAbout Logic20/20.
