Trial Director

All ManTech employees will need to meet the requirements set forth in Executive Order 14042 and the Safer Federal Workforce Task Force Guidance requiring all covered contractor personnel to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.Secure our Nation, Ignite your FutureManTech, a well-respected industry leader, is actively seeking talented professionals eager to support mission critical programs and solve some of the toughest problems critical to our great Nations security.ManTech is seeking a Trial Director to plan and conduct acquisition and analysis of at-sea acoustic evaluations.Overview:Plans and conducts acquisition and analysis of at-sea acoustic evaluations.Must be able to lead a team to completion of analysis and reporting of at-sea results and recommendations.​Ensures data quality in real time and uses personal judgment to determine the best path forward as an evaluations objectives change.Prepares written, technical reports to that identify emergent issues and works with team members to present recommendations for remediation.Must be able to obtain a SECRET security clearance.Minimum Experience:A Bachelors Degree in Engineering or PhysicsTen years of experience with both submarine and surface ship acoustics.

The experience shall also include a thorough understanding of acoustic measurement systems, in-water measurement arrays, the interfacing of hardware and the development of software.

Individuals shall have an established track record of project management of system development and integration.For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license. The applicant will be required to answer certain questions for export control purposes, and that information will be reviewed by compliance personnel to ensure compliance with federal law.
